\u00a0<\/strong>Desde el \u00c1rea de Bienestar Social <\/strong>de la Comarca Comunidad de Calatayud, se han programado unos TALLERES DE \u00a0ENVEJECIMIENTO ACTIVO <\/strong>\u00a0que est\u00e1n dirigidos a \u00a0la poblaci\u00f3n mayor y relacionados con la prevenci\u00f3n, la mejora de la calidad de vida y el envejecimiento activo.\u00a0 A partir del 17 de septiembre se inician en 29 Ayuntamientos Comarcales las actividades presenciales de envejecimiento activo. Los talleres ser\u00e1n gratuitos y se desarrollar\u00e1n en locales municipales a lo largo\u00a0 dos\u00a0 sesiones de hora y media en cada municipio, durante meses de septiembre y octubre.\u00a0 Para asistir basta con contactar con su Ayuntamiento o con Centro de Servicios Sociales Comarcal para que les indiquen fecha y hora de celebraci\u00f3n del taller.<\/p>\n
