JALON aporta un nuevo enfoque para facilitar la creaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de proyectos comunitarios de energ\u00eda liderados por ciudadanos<\/strong> en toda Europa. La metodolog\u00eda se basa en la estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n de los actores locales para poner en marcha estos proyectos como instrumento de innovaci\u00f3n social<\/strong>, especialmente para las regiones rurales donde falta una legislaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica adaptada a su propia realidad y necesidades concretas, que podr\u00eda provocar que se retrasen en la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica. De hecho, existen muchos obst\u00e1culos que impiden que las comunidades energ\u00e9ticas de toda Europa desarrollen todo su potencial, especialmente en las zonas rurales.<\/p>\n

El Proyecto JALON propone gestionar una comunidad energ\u00e9tica regional a gran escala en la que participen 5000 ciudadanos, 40 autoridades locales y 75 empresas,<\/strong> para empoderar realmente a los habitantes de la UE en las zonas rurales y a las partes interesadas locales para lograr una soluci\u00f3n adecuada a sus expectativas y necesidades. Esto desaf\u00eda el enfoque cl\u00e1sico, pasando de la comunidad energ\u00e9tica vista como algo socialmente aceptado y promovido, a la comunidad energ\u00e9tica como un instrumento para resolver las necesidades sociales locales, demandadas por las personas. Los 67 municipios de la Comarca de la comunidad de Calatayud, cooperar\u00e1n en una gran comunidad energ\u00e9tica que impulsar\u00e1 cambios legales y normativos, de forma aprendiendo haciendo, para conseguir comunidades energ\u00e9ticas que sean realmente un instrumento \u00fatil para el desarrollo local de las zonas despobladas.<\/p>\n

El proyecto pretende movilizar 13M\u20ac para invertir en instalaciones de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica con una generaci\u00f3n total de 23GWh\/a\u00f1o, evitando la emisi\u00f3n de 3.452 tonCO2e\/a\u00f1o. JALON ser\u00e1 el modelo que ser\u00e1 seguido por otras 6 regiones de la UE, comprometidas a desarrollar un plan de implementaci\u00f3n durante el proyecto junto con los socios de JALON, para que puedan comenzar a actuar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Adem\u00e1s, se abordan acciones de difusi\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n para llegar a 82 regiones subdesarrolladas (NUTS3) y promover los resultados clave de JALON para fomentar la replicaci\u00f3n de este enfoque en toda la UE.<\/p>\n

JALON brings a new approach to facilitate the emergence and growth of citizen-led energy community<\/strong> projects throughout Europe. The methodology is rooted on the close collaboration of local stakeholders to bring these projects into operation as an instrument of social innovation<\/strong>, especially for rural regions where there is a lack of specific legislation adapted to their own reality and specific needs which could cause them to be left behind in the energy transition. In fact, there are so many hurdles that prevent energy communities around Europe from developing their full potential and especially in rural areas.<\/p>\n

JALON proposes to run a large-scale regional energy community engaging 5,000 citizens, 40 local authorities and 75 business to really empower EU inhabitants in rural areas<\/strong> and local stakeholders towards the achievement of a solution suitable to their expectations and needs. This challenges the classic approach, moving from the energy community seen as something to be socially accepted and promoted to the energy community as an instrument to solve local social needs, requested by the people. The 67 municipalities of the Comarca of the Community of Calatayud, will cooperate in a great energy community that will promote legal and regulatory changes, in a learning-by-doing way, to achieve energy communities which will really be a useful instrument for the local development of depopulated areas.<\/p>\n

The project aims at mobilizing 13M\u20ac to invest in photovoltaic-energy facilities with a total generation of 23GWh\/year, avoiding 3,452 tonCO2<\/sub>e emissions\/year. JALON will be the demonstrator that will be followed by other 6 EU regions, committed to developing an implementation plan during the project together with JALON partners, so that they can start to act quicker. In addition, dissemination and communication actions are addressed to reach 82 underdeveloped (NUTS3) regions and promoting the key results of JALON to foster the replication of this approach across the EU.<\/p>\n
